Age Restrictions may vary per event. Some events allow all ages, while others require a strict 18+ or 21+ only. Before purchasing your tickets to a show, be sure to check the age restriction to avoid having problems.

Is food allowed in the venue?

No, you may not bring outside food and drinks to the venue. Water and milk for babies in diaper bags will be allowed, provided the bag is not larger than 14” x 14” x 6”.

Are food and drink options available at the venue?

Yes. The Delta Center has a full bar with a great selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Great food options will also be available at Level 3, Level 5, and Level 6. On some occasions, the venue may partner with a food brand or a local food truck.

Order kiosks are also available inside the atrium, and the main concourse at portals D, F, J, L, R, T, W, and Y. Kiosks are also available at the upper concourse near portals DD, GG, JJ, LL, RR, TT, WW, and YY.

Does the Delta Center have parking?

The Delta Center has many parking options within a mile radius. Many private parking lots offer affordable rates depending on the duration of your parking. It is recommended that you arrive early in order to secure the nearest parking space.

How Accessible is Delta Center through Public Transportation?

The local transit operates a bus that takes people from City Center Station to Arena Station (Delta Center) every 15 minutes. Buses that pass near Delta Center are 200, 205, 470, 509, and F453.

Using light rail TRAX, take blue line or green line and go down at the Arena Station.

Ride-sharing services and taxis are also available in Salt Lake City, Utah. The drop-off at the Delta Center should be done at 300 W.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. In fact, the Delta Center provides wheelchair assistance. Guests may go to nearby Guest Services or approach an event security member. Wheelchair assistance can also be provided by calling the Guest Services hotline at 1-801-325-2246. This number is available to all guests on event days from the time doors open until the end of the event.

Can I bring a bag or purse to Delta Center?

No, bags and purses will not be allowed inside the Delta Center. Diaper and medical bags will be allowed, provided that they are not larger than 14”x14”x6”. Guests can opt to bring a clutch no larger than 4”x6”x2”.

Are there smoking areas in Delta Center?

The Delta Center is a smoke-free zone with a designated smoking area. Guests may step outside Door 9 on the main level during an event. E-cigarettes can only be used in the smoking area.

Is re-entry allowed?

During Utah Jazz home games, re-entry is not allowed. Re-entry during all other shows will depend on the discretion of arena/event management.

Are there any prohibited items?

All types of firearms and weapons are not allowed in the venue. Illegal substances, such as drugs and flammable materials, are also prohibited. Light and sound-emitting items, including laser pointers, horns, and whistles, will also not be allowed. Guests may not bring alcohol to the venue. They may purchase alcoholic beverages in one of the venue’s concessionaires. The Delta Center reserves the right to deny entry to individuals carrying prohibited items.

The time for entry before an event will vary. Always check your ticket for the time of entry.

How do I buy tickets from Ticket Squeeze?

Tickets to events at the Delta Center can be purchased through various ticket sellers, such as Ticket Squeeze. It’s crucial that you only buy tickets from reputable ticket sources to avoid counterfeit tickets.
